Katy Pymm

Katy, a native Canadian, was interested in movement at a young age after numerous downhill ski racing injuries resulted in regular physical therapy. She went on to study Kinesiology at Brook University and spent four years working in an athletic therapy clinic and with various varsity teams.

Katy is mat and equipment certified at the Kane School of Core Integration in NYC. The training program focuses on classical Pilates with a modern and clinical perspective.  Through this education and her athletic background, Katy is able to provide clients the attention and focus they need to attain their specific goals. She has received additional education in facscia oriented training, pre/post natal, barefoot training, the sacro-illiac joint and TRX suspension system.  She enjoys working with clients of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life.
